Welcome to Hound App! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Hound App mobile application ("Hound App" or "App"), operated by CRZR, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using Hound App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Hound App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Hound App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
1. Use of Hound App
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Hound App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Hound App on a mobile device that you own or control, solely for your personal or business use.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Hound App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
Use Hound App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations;
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App;
Use Hound App to transmit harmful code, malware, or viruses;
Interfere with the security or functionality of Hound App;
Use Hound App to harass, abuse, or harm others.
2. Your Content
Hound App allows you to import client information via a .CSV file ("Your Content"). You retain ownership of Your Content, but by uploading it to Hound App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process Your Content solely to provide and improve the App’s functionality. You represent and warrant that:
You have the right to upload Your Content;
Your Content does not violate any third-party rights (e.g., privacy, intellectual property) or applicable laws.
We do not claim ownership of Your Content and will not use it for purposes unrelated to operating Hound App. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and security of Your Content.
3. Intellectual Property
Hound App, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by CRZR, LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of Hound App without our prior written consent, except as permitted under these Terms.
4. Privacy
Your use of Hound App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at [insert link to Privacy Policy]. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Hound App at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination:
Your license to use Hound App ends immediately;
You must cease all use of the App and delete it from your device.
You may also stop using Hound App at any time by uninstalling it.
6. Disclaimers
Hound App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that:
Hound App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure;
The results of using Hound App will meet your expectations;
Any defects in the App will be corrected.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CRZR, LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Hound App. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CRZR, LLC and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
Your use of Hound App;
Your Content;
Your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Hound App will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
